Can I put the Membership through my business?
Yes, a large proportion of our members pay for their membership through a business as a client entertainment or networking/marketing expense.
Can I pay by monthly direct debit?
Yes, direct debit options are available.
Are the Membership Fees pro-rata?
No, the membership will start from the first of your chosen month and run for 1 year.
Can I get a Handicap through Mashie?
Yes, we can set you up with an official WHS through England Golf.
Can I add people to a Membership?
Yes you can add additional cardholders to your membership. Each additional cardholder costs £295 + VAT. They can be added at any time and they will receive £400 worth of Fourballs and £100 of Credit for events.
Do Credit & Fourballs carry over upon annual renewal?
Any Credit on the account will carry over on the renewal of the membership. Fourballs will expire. You will receive further Credit and Fourballs as part of your subscription upon annual renewal.
Can you help me with my own golf day?
Absolutely. Our events team assist over 30 members annually with their corporate, charity or social golf days. We can take the stress out of the process and make sure you and your guests have a great experience.

All event pricing varies depending on venue and season. Our Average Winter Series Event for 2023-24 is £165 Per Person. Our Average Summer Series Event in 2024 is £210 Per Person.
Can I bring guests to Mashie Member Events?
Yes – you are more than welcome to bring gusts to any of our events. Guests are charged at the same rate as members.
What should I expect at a Mashie Member Event?
Typically, we have a morning registration and breakfast, followed by 18 Holes with a 2 or 3 course meal & presentation afterwards. All events are professionally hosted with on course competitions, individual & team competitions & on course scoring. Our events are great opportunities to access exclusive golf clubs, entertain clients or friends, and meet other like-minded members & guests.
Can I use my Credit to play in all Mashie Events?
Yes - the credit included in your Membership can be used at all the events we run over the year; Members Summer Series, Members Winter Series, Pairs Events, Pairs Scramble Events and ‘Social18’s’
When I run out of Credit what happens?
If you run out of credit and you wish to book an event, you can submit a top up request via the members app. The credit will be issued to you immediately so you won’t miss out and we will raise and send an invoice to you or the associated business.
Are all Mashie Events during the week?
Yes – All events are on Weekdays. Some of our Trips cover weekends
Can I play events without a handicap?
Yes you are more than welcome to join and play events without an official handicap. You will not be eligible to Win 1st Place Members Prize or take part in series Order of Merit’s. If you would like, we can assist you in getting an official handicap as part of your membership.

How do I book the Fourballs included in the Membership?
On joining, you will be asked to choose where you would like the fourballs. These will be added to and remain on your account for the duration of your annual membership. You will be able to book these via the members app at your convenience whenever you like over the 12-month period, subject to the booking window & availability.
Can I change my Fourballs after I’ve chosen them?
Yes – If you want to swap a Fourball for another available venue we can facilitate this, providing there is availability, and the fourball is of the same value.
Can I purchase more Fourballs?
Yes – Via the members app you can access discounted fourballs at a wide range of courses across the UK. These can be purchased by members and will remain on your account until you wish to use them.
Can I have more than one Fourball at each course?
Yes – Subject to demand and availability we can usually facilitate this. You cannot however use 2 or more Fourballs on the same day.

Can I use my Mashie Credit to Purchase Fourballs?
Currently you cannot use your Mashie Credit to purchase additional fourballs.
PARTNER CLUB FAQ's
Can I have a list of Partner Club discounts and Rates?
Unfortunately, we are not able to publish Partner Club Rates. This is due to our relationships with our Partner Clubs & the fact the often charge according to season, day of week, sometimes time of day. All rates are available for members to see via the Mashie Members app.
What kind of discount should I expect?
Our discounts range from 10% to 60% off the visitor RRP Green Fees. As an average you can expect to receive 30-35% off Green Fees for you and your gusts. At a Golf Club where the visitor green fee is £100, you can expect to save £120 when booking a fourball.
Am I going to be able to get a tee time?
Availability of tee times is variable depending on the day, time of day, season and we ask members to be realistic. Weekend mornings generally require more notice but can be achieved. Our concierge team are able to facilitate the majority of member tee time requests and will endeavour to provide alternatives when there is no availability at the chosen venue.
How do I book a tee time at a Partner Club?
We have a dedicated Members concierge team that will manage your tee time bookings for you. Via the app you can request a tee time on your chosen date and time for up to 8 people & we will manage the booking for you. When confirmed you will either be required to pay at the golf club, or you will be issued an invoice.
What does the concierge service include?
Our dedicated Members concierge team will go out of their way to assist you with anything golf related. If there is no availability at your chosen venue, we will try and find you suitable alternatives. We can also assist you with golf trips using our relationships with clubs or our Travel Partners.
Can I use my Mashie Credit to book Tee Times at Partner Clubs?
You cannot use Mashie Credit to book see times at Partner Clubs. Bookings must be paid at the golf club or direct to us via an invoice.
