MASHIE Golf are proud to announce our 2019/20 Series sponsored by Golf Escapes
Take part in a MASHIE Winter Series Event to be in with the chance to win a 3-night stay and golf on the PGA Catalunya Resort Champion Tour and Stadium Courses. Ranked #1 in Spain, this trip is a prize not to be missed.

TOURNAMENT PRIZE
The 1st prize winner will receive a 3 night stay in the 5-Star Camiral Hotel inc Bed and Breakfast in Twin rooms.
Golf is booked on the Stadium course on the Friday at 13.00 followed by the Tour course on the Saturday at 10.30 and Sunday Stadium at 10.30.
The Stadium course is ranked Number 1 in Spain and is just 45 minutes outside Barcelona. (Dates 25th September to 28th September)
The 4 other prizes are to be announced shortly.

RULES AND SCORING
- There is no cost to enter the MASHIE Members Winter Series
- Only MASHIE Members can enter and win prizes in this series
- The Winter Series Tournament is run as an Individual ‘Order of Merit’ competition played in a Stableford format (90% Handicap adjustment)
- There will be no minimum to the amount of events you must play to win the order of merit, but a player must be a MASHIE Member to win a prize
- Order of Merit qualifying events will consist of at least 7 events from November 2019 through to March 2020.
- The Order of Merit will be calculated from a players best three (3) finishes from the qualifying events held within the season, plus any additional Order of Merit Points earned
- The finishing Members will earn points as broken down as below; 1= 150pts, 2= 120pts, 3= 100pts, 4= 80pts, 5= 65pts, 6= 50pts, 7= 40pts, 8= 30pts, 9= 20pts, 10= 10pts, 11+= 5pts
- In addition, winners of an event ‘skill prize’ will gain extra Order of Merit points, for example; Nearest the pin = 30 points Longest Drive = 15 points
- Event Guests cannot score Order of Merit points
- All Members wishing to enter the Winter Series Tournament should provide an official CONGU handicap when available
- All entrants should advise MASHIE of any CONGU handicap changes at all times – non declaration can lead to Tournament disqualification
- If a Member does not have an official CONGU handicap, their MASHIE Tournament Handicap will be used
- Handicap adjustments can be made at the discretion of the MASHIE Handicap Committee at any time
- Tournament Event winners will automatically have their handicap cut by the following;
0-8 = 0.5 shots
9-17 = 1 shot
18-28 = 2 shots - All handicap decisions made by the MASHIE Handicap Committee are final
- There will be prizes for the Top 5 in the Winter Series Tournament Order of Merit

- We will be using Live Scoring throughout the day for this event
- Two complimentary places at a MASHIE event at Sunningdale
- Two BUSHNELL Rangefinders

- There will also be prizes from 4th - 10th

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- More than 90 days prior to an event starting - Full refund
- 61-90 days before the event - 75% refund or 100% credit
- 31-60 Days — 50% refund or 75% credit
- 30-14 Days — 0% refund or 50% credit where an event is fully booked
- 14 Days or Less - 0% refund or 25% credit where an event is fully booked
- Changes to events you have booked can be made up to 60 days before an event
- We will contact you 30 days before your event to gather all necessary information
- Once we have contacted you 30 days before your event at this stage you can let us know of any tee time preference you might have. We cannot guarantee you will have the exact tee time you have requested but we will do our best to accommodate this.
- The draw will be done 14 days before each event.
- Each participant must have a valid Handicap to be able to win prizes
